Madrid (Spain).- Today December 5th, International Volunteer Day, we do show again our recognition to those people who dedicate a part of their lives to collaborate unselfishly to build a better world.

Especially we thank our volunteers very much for collaborating in our projects by working on site, from our offices in Madrid or from their posts. All of them have done their bit (more than 150 up to now) that favour the achievement of the Agenda 2030's Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), in particular the SDG7 "Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all".

The volunteers are an essential part of the Foundation's projects because, such as the aforementioned Sustainable Development Agenda 2030 identify them, they are also actors in the implementation of the necessary actions to achieve the SDG. United Nations states: "The International Volunteer Day we celebrate the several facets of volunteering, as well as we pay tribute to all volunteers who work to achieve the new world goals. Through the volunteering, every person can have influence on the sustainable development agenda by mobilising and promoting the involvement of governments and communities".
